The following terms apply in addition to the SAP general terms and conditions on license sales:

BusinessObjects Edge Standard Offer:

• “Crystal Reports XI Developer licenses and BusinessObjects Xcelsius Enterprise” are sold as Named User licenses; only one set of “2 Crystal Reports XI Developer licenses and 2 BusinessObjects Xcelsius Enterprise licenses” will be made available per transaction, independent of the number of Edge Standard licenses purchased by the customer in that transaction.

• This offer expires December 19, 2008; all transactions must be completed by this date to be eligible for the offer.

• The offer is governed at a country level. SAP is free to end this offer at any time without further notice and without offering any reason.

BusinessObjects Edge Professional Offer:

• You may choose from any of the available BusinessObjects Rapid Marts – there is no restriction. You will be required to upgrade from BusinessObjects Data Integrator Starter to BusinessObjects Data Integrator Professional at no cost to you.

• Only one Rapid Mart will be made available at no cost per transaction based on this offer.

• This offer expires December 19, 2008; all transactions must be completed by this date to be eligible for the offer.
